Lecture on the Brazilian economic situation, given by the journalist Miriam Leitão;

Panel “Strict Responsibility of Partners, Shareholders and Administrators”, coordinated by the retired Justice of the STF Sepúlveda Pertence and lectures by the partner of the Member Law Firm of ALAE in São Paulo Luís Eduardo Schoueri, the retired Justice of the TRT Roberto Freitas Pessoa, the Attorney General of the CADE Gilvandro Araújo, and the Professor of Criminal Law at FGV-SP Heloísa Estellita;

Talk Show “Corporate Legal Management: Problems, Challenges, Trends”, with the mediation of the journalist Cristiana Lôbo and the participation of the Legal Director of Kraft Foods Brasil José Roberto Prado de Almeida, of the Director of Corporate Taxes of the Telefônica Group/Vivo Vasco Gruber Franco, and of the Legal Director of HSBC Márcia Freitas.
